The hotel is in a good location for anyone wanting to walk around and be close to food and shops.
Employees were all very nice and helpful.
The room was great for the price. And they have a nice pool with a hot tub that was very clean.
However, one of the things that drew us to stay here was that it states online they have a restaurant. We went with a baby knowing that it would be convenient rather than going out to a restaurant, to just grab food downstairs for dinner. When we went down for food the staff warned us that it's not an actual "kitchen" to make food and that for the three of us eating it would take a long time for food to be ready.
Breakfast was included the following morning so I was impressed to see eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy for them not having a "kitchen." Though the eggs were watery and the sausage very dry, the b&g was good and there were other options like cereal, bagels, and a waffle making station.
All in all it was worth the money, but I was annoyed about the restaurant part since that's what influenced us to pick that hotel.
Rooms: We had a room with king bed and sofa bed. The kitchenette was stocked with cups, plates, utensils, etc which was nice since we had a baby with us.
Walkability: There are trails and shopping and food close by. And a venue where concerts are often held in the summer.
Food & drinks: Don't go here for the "restaurant" that it states they have. We were told for only three people it would take a long time. They did have a bar that was open for evening hours. Not sure if it's a full bar or what is offered as we did not drink there.

My recent stay at Residence Inn was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offered a comfortable and spacious room that was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a basic stay. The bed was cozy, and the linens were clean.
One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast served each morning. It offered a decent variety of options, including hot and cold items, fresh fruits, bagels, and beverages. Gluten-free bread was also available upon request. The dining area was clean, and the woman working the kitchen alone ensured that everything was stocked.
The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Parking cost $12 per night.
While the decor and furnishings were not particularly luxurious, they were functional and well-maintained. The room also had a kitchenette, which was convenient for preparing simple meals or snacks.
Overall, my stay at Residence Inn was comfortable, convenient, and offered good value for the price. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a basic, no-frills accommodation option with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
Rooms: Rooms address large and relatively clean
Nearby activities: Theatre and shopping nearby
Safety: Super safe area
Walkability: Highly walkable area.
Noteworthy details: Gluten-free bread available at breakfast time.

This is a really nice hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. My only issue is with the $12 a night parking fee. What on earth. Makes zero sense at this location. Had you just increased the room charge and not had a parking fee I would have felt better about it. Would love to hear the reasoning behind a parking fee at this random location.
ETA: I see this same response regarding parking on other posts and I understand the limited space. But why not provide a parking pass free to hotel guests and tow non hotel guests? I dont see how charging your guests extra resolves anything. Next time Ill just stay elsewhere to avoid the unnecessary extra charge.
