I spoke to Mike Zacha about the possibility of negotiating a tax balance. He was very straightforward and transparent and told me that there was little to be negotiated. In other words, he could have told me a story and taken my money. Instead he was forthcoming and told me there was little they could do. He gave me some recommendations on how to save on penalties and that was it. I appreciate when a business is honest and tells you there is little they can do, vs. just taking your money when they know there is little they can do. Thanks Mike.
