Very peaceful and relaxing. It helped so much with focus, memory, and energy levels for me and my family. It helped with ocd and my tendency towards antisocialness. It is an overall awesome thing that has helped us all so much. TLDR very good environment and helps improve your life!

Cereset is absolutely life changing! I cant say enough about how it has transformed my sleep, energy levels, ability to handle stress, and helped heal my physical symptoms. It is a MUST for anyone who feels stuck or struggling to deal with processing and releasing chronic stress or trauma. Julia is an incredible coach who is so kind, warm, supportive. She listens so attentively and celebrates your successes right alongside you. This is the best gift I have ever given myself!

Cereset has helped me in so many ways! My sleep improved dramatically right away. It has led to improved energy levels and mood. It helped resolve anxiety and some emotional regulation issues that were present due to trauma. My sense of well being has increased and life is so much more peaceful and relaxed, even during times of stress. Julia makes you feel so comfortable during the process that it feels like a spa session for your brain! I would highly recommend cereset for anyone needing an extra boost in life, anxiety reduction, or improvement in mood regulation. It has made me feel like I am in control of my life and given me the energy to live a much more vibrant and productive life!
