Tim's polite and no one wants you to have a bad time. But there was no communication about our car. Sick with anxiety we waited for an hour and a half (on the third day of our emergency stop) to find out they'd all gone to lunch. A lot gets done at this little shop, and it makes sense that workloads are stacked high.
