My parents shipped 9 boxes back to Atlanta, but only 7 arrived. Patrick said he would start the investigation/claim process with UPS since UPS requires the shipper to do it. I waited patiently for updates and checked the tracking numbers, but nothing new ever came through and he stopped responding. Now we are outside the 60 day window for claims and my parents don't have their items or compensation. Use a different shipper!

I had left two packages here and was told they would be shipped the next day as the trucks has already left for the day. That was fine. So I wrote down the addresses for the man and left my email for the invoice. The next day I never got an invoice and a few days later decided to call since I still hadn't heard anything. Nobody answered the phone so I left a voicemail. Nobody called back and it wasn't for a few more days that I finally received an invoice through my email for $55. It was about a week later that my packages were finally shipped. They never called back with any info and never apologized and explained the delay. Next time I'd use a different service and recommend others look elsewhere as well since this place seems to be poorly managed and has horrible communication.
