The driver's truck broke down in the middle of nowhere, and SOS refused to tow her to a safe location. The driver was stranded for two days with 4 cars on her truck, and quit after this job. While SOS was communicative enough with me, it concerns me how they treated their driver.

We used this company to ship a car from Chicago to San Diego. The car was supposed to arrive over a week ago. We have not heard from anyone in days, no phone numbers work and we're certain we have been blocked a number of times. We have been told on three separate occasions that the car would arrive and it has not. They havent offered any explanation beyond "the car breaking down in oklahoma" when it should have never been in oklahoma in the first place. We are certain they took the car and are reporting it as stolen. I would never wish this experience on my worst enemy, do not under any circumstances use this company. I believe it is my civic duty to inform people not to be scammed by them. Theyre now gaslighting us saying they never said the car would arrive when they said it would be 7-10 days after shipmet and have since promised it every day since then at a random time then ghosted us when we called them.

My husband and I purchased a car and used SOS Transport to deliver the car from Texas to South Carolina. There was damage to the roof of the car which was not noted until 2 days after we had the car. When we contacted them, they would allow for no discussion, no concessions, etc - despite the fact that the day we received the car, it was raining and no scratches were visible. As soon as the sun came out, it was very clear that a tree or something had damaged the car - very likely on the way being delivered to us. The car had been positioned on the top rack of their truck. The worst part is not that they did not pay for the thousands of dollars in damage - they would have no discussion about it. Both my husband and I as well as the dealership they worked with in Texas will no longer be using their services.
