        Poor service to homeowner level. I tried to ask any question possible without a directive of where to purchase a product due to certain location having the material I need but being told they don't know the inventory they have. Than discovering I pay more from lack of company concern of service since taxes are significantly more than the other state

        I am building an apartment complex and had multiple masons fall through and material looked out of stock for months. We needed to get product and masons within 2 weeks and I got in contact with Jade from mutual materials and she bent over backwards to help get me the material that wasn't even there in an unrealistic timeline and made it work. She also put me through to masons who can fit our time frame. Jade has been an enormous help. This review is solely made because of Jade's hard work and I would 10/10 work with them again.
