        First rate and patient testing and provision of info on my hearing loss and my hearing aid options. I am concerned, though, that I wasnt give a copy of what I signed (I dont think I should have had to ask for it.). And, perhaps for that reason, Im not absolutely certain if I requested the version with the recharger, which I prefer, or the one with batteries, which I dont want. I phoned and was told I would hear back from someone by the end of the day, but by 6:53 PM (Pacific Time) I have not heard back, either by phone, text, or email.

        The Ladys down at Willoughby Hearing are amazing they made me feel like family.The entire process was explained thoroughly. It was also very interesting to see the inside of my ear canal through a endoscope attached to a camera. Top of the line service! I would recommend Willoughby Hearing to All my colleagues.
