Chris was able to come out 2 days before Christmas to fix a leak in the dishwasher drainage tube. He was very quick to make it out and also did drive in the poor weather to get here.

Having used other plumbing services in the Portland Metro that didnt leave me very satisfied, I somehow lucked into finding CPR Plumbing. Chris has been the plumber that I have relied on for about 7 different jobs on our home (built in the mid 1940s). The first thing that resonated with me was his quick response to my inquiry and subsequent updates on his ETA prior to his arrival (none of the we will have someone out there between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Then, for each job, Chris is very clear on what the cost is going to be. He also was able to help us decide on future projects that needed addressing (providing an estimate at that time so we could plan for future fixes and upgrades). I find his prices to be more than fair and I also enjoy supporting an independent individual owned plumbing service. For years I have referred Chris to all my friends and clients and they have raved about him as well. His no-nonsense, up front, and honest explanations & advice are appreciated and what sets him apart from the larger companies weve had work on our plumbing. Simply the best last minute repair of a leaking pipe that was very difficult to access--yet Chris found a way to easily find it, fix it and show me how to tighten it from now on!!! Called got a voicemall. Left a message outlining that I need various small things worked on like leaky pipe loose toilet seat. Never called me back.  Called one other plumber and he didn't either.  Not sure why maybe because it doesn't bring in enough and or it could probably be done by a handyman.  But it would be nice if he least called back and explained the reason.  Finally called a handyman and he called back and is ready to help.
