        I enjoyed my apartment. The toxic black mold in the walls made my child very sick! All 40 apartments are moldy! I tried for a year to get them to fix the problem but they would not! We moved and our health has improved! There are people whom lived there over 10 years and NEVER had their carpets cleaned, wall mounted heaters cleaned (burn marks on walls above heaters from dirty heaters) or any other maintenance. I recommend a full financial investigation for Umqua Community Property Management based in Roseburg. Mis management of funds ment for Hillside Terrace in Coquille. I feel bad for the people stuck there due to financial reasons! Ask me anything regarding Hillside Terrace Apartments and I will answer honestly!
