Recently had their help with loading a U-Haul Pod for a move. He and his crew where extremely professional and very helpful. They were quick to get the job done and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning on moving.

I want to preface my review by stating that the owner was very courteous and professional in every correspondence we had. I also called around to several professional references they provided and, to their credit, they had positive reviews. That being said, I had booked this service 10 days in advance of my move and, despite confirming it three days prior to my move, nobody from this company showed up to actually help me the day I was moving. Once I noticed that the workers were 15 minutes late to our scheduled appointment, I called and the owner assured me that he would immediately phone around to find help. An hour and a half past the scheduled move time, I got a callback and learned that the workers whom had taken this job and were scheduled to help me had “injured their fingers” while riding a bicycle earlier that morning. While I sympathize with this story, I find it inexcusable that neither of them bothered to call their employer, nor attempted to notify me that they would not be able to keep their appointment. I was further disappointed to learn that nobody else from Christensen‘s Delivery Service would be able to help me. As a result, I had a call around in the evening and try to schedule an emergency appointment to help move heavy furniture into a second-story apartment unit. Despite having scheduled my original appointment for 3:00 PM, I didn’t get everything moved in off the sidewalk until about 10:00 PM. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience.

We called them up on short notice. They provided excellent service and got our stuff delivered in a very timely manner. They were polite and price was great. We would definitely use them again and recommend their service.
