Great staff but after after asking if I owed money, I was told no and that the insurance covered it (cleanings and exams). Then I recieve a bill in the mail for the difference. After speaking with them, I was told they have no way of knowing what the insurance payout will be. I have been to numerous dental facilities and have never received a bill after the fact but what really bothered me was that I asked if I would receive a bill and I was told no, not that I could be receiving a bill. And to deal with obvious irritation I was making a deal out of this, just be honest and let someone know they may owe something and for this reason, we have switched.

Dr. Bittner is kind and fully understood that I had been to dental offices who did not . He works with you to make your experience the best . Also works with you and your insurance . I would recommend him for all dental needs . He can make your crowns while you wait. I have had nothing but the best care with him. Call today for appointments.

They where nice and got me in fast for a emergency appointment. After my appointment was done I was sent home with no meds had to manage the pain with Ibuprofen and Tylenol and no antibiotics.
