They put in ducts and a heat pump for my new house. Even though I specifically marked where I wanted the vents, they ignored me and did it their way. I have only one air duct in the kitchen and it's over the refrigerator. The refrigerator is clearly marked on the blueprint. Not to mention the obvious space beside the kitchen cabinets. So all the cold/hot air pours onto the refrigerator and stays there. I wanted it over the pantry door which is in the middle of the kitchen wall. Not only that, they put the return (where the air filter is located) in the ceiling!,🙁 Apparently they think it's no big deal to climb a ladder and pry the screen open, just to change the filter 🤬 I met the owner/manager twice. He saw me walking with a cane. Not sure if he knew I have MS, but come on... Not only that, he never gave me instructions on the new thermostat, either verbally or a manual. When I called him, he said he gave it to the contractor. Contractor doesn't remember, so it's MIA When I asked him to send me either paper or the manual on a flash drive, he told me to look it up on YouTube. Bet he would have found an extra copy, if I decided to not pay the final payment without it. He had the nerve to demand payment, before I moved into my new house. I do not recommend this business.
