DO NOT USE ANYONE IN THIS OFFICE. Between Thomas and Beverly, they have the combined tax knowledge of a house plant. Beverly literally just clicked boxes in the return, I kept having to correct her over her shoulder- everything from simple spelling to actual tax information, and our taxes were still incorrect, showing we owed $2800.00 when we actually were owed a refund of $600+. Now we have to go through the process of amending the return she filed. When we asked why this happened, her reply was "I don't know, sorry". Isn't it her JOB to know? I will also say, Beverly has 0 professionalism. When we explained her mistakes, she stated she was too busy to look into the issue for at least a week or so. She also repeatedly stated that this wasn't her fault, that it was a technical glitch. This is not true. Beverly was so busy asking us questions about what kind of new computer she should get, that she literally left my information off the joint return. Repeatedly denying this was her fault, she even had the audacity to tell my husband I should never call her again, that she was only going to deal with him for the corrections- and that she no longer wanted us as a customer (AS IF WE WOULD GO BACK AGAIN). save yourself the trouble- do not support this business in any way. She cost us 2800.00 we will now have to fight to keep from paying and declines all responsibility. I will be reporting this business to the IRS on both a Federal and State level, as well as the BBB and any other agencies the IRS or BBB recommend.
