We had a bad experience at this shop. We bought a young cow and took it to this butchar shop. Once we started cooking with the meat we were seriously disgusted it has a bad smell odor no one could eat the meat dish. Most of our meat had the nasty old cow smell. Honestly we assume the butchar swapped our cow for old meat and didnt give us our fresh meat. This is totally wrong because we had to throw out the smelly meat and wasted our money.

We took 2 hogs into sportsman's they were done very quickly. Wayne is very friendly. The cutting and wrapping will excellent. More importantly the taste is out of this world. So far we've tried the pork chops and the bacon.

We switched to this butcher to try out because they were closer. We got shorted on meat and the four of us who split the cow all agree that the meat was most likely swapped for some older meat. Dirty and smelly as well.
