So I’ve seen Duyen before and had a great experience with her over three years ago, she had done my brows (Microblading) and I was in love with them! I definitely was one happy client, so of course I wanted to come back to get them done when the time was needed. Well of course over those three years I had messaged her to get them done again, since I had waited too long and they had faded quite a bit, and was needing them done again. So, I rescheduled and went to my appointment and I loved how she drew out my brows before she Microbladed, so I said yes and she then proceeded. After seeing the results I couldn’t really comment just yet since they were much darker then I would prefer and I knew it was just because they were freshly done, so I waited for them to heal before I would comment on them. Well after being healed I was not the happiest with my results, I already wasn’t the happiest when they were healing so I was hoping they would look much better once healed, but they did not.. I get my brows done because I’m very insecure about the shape of my eyebrows, so when she did the first session of Microblading, all my brows looked like they were just filled in, no shape really and it looked like all she did was just fill them in, when I specifically requested what I got previously done before. It just didn’t look like she finished them properly.. to be clear too, I still had previous ink from the first time I got my brows micro bladed so they weren’t fully naked so I expected to see a little difference but I did not. My brows didn’t look much different then before I got them Microbladed so I’m a little upset, I spent over $300 dollars for my brows to just look “filled in” when I requested for a full brow look like she had done before. I had messaged her about my worries during the whole process and at first she was being kind and helpful and telling me what they should be doing and that I should wait until they are healed, and she said she would fix it on my next touch up appointment but after that message she hasn’t responded since. She basically ghosted me and hasn’t replied to any of my messages and I was being so kind.. I by no means am trying the be that annoying customer that complains about things, I’m not that person. I really liked Duyen so I’m really upset I’m getting this kind of treatment when I would say I’m a good customer. She is talented at what she does and that’s why I kept going back but after this experience I won’t be anymore. I’m just so upset because I was so kind and didn’t even want to complain about my brows but when you pay so much and plan to pay another $100+ dollars and aren’t happy with the results what are you supposed to do when you know they look the same then before you got them done. My first experience with her was amazing, the second time not so much. I’m hoping who ever sees her the next has a better experience than me. Treating customers like this is not okay, and I hope to find someone more reliable and trust worthy when it comes to customers questions and concerns. Service: Microblading

Duyen is wonderful. She is runs a sweet little shop, is professional, kind, fun to talk with and she does an amazing job on lashes!!! Plus it's fun to see all her plants. Definitely recommend making an appointment to check out what she has to offer

The woman who owns this company is a delightful! I go to her anytime I need my hair cut, she makes it all even, thins my hair, and is just so talented!
