        Unfortunately we were not able to use this company because of airline breed restrictions. However, Sandy was beyond sweet and helpful explaining this to me, and got back to me in less than 24 hours!

        Sandy was incredibly helpful and efficient. My stress level during a difficult move was eased by knowing that my dogs were safely taken care of. Sandy is the best and the only one I will recommend. VIP Pet Transport is outstanding!

        Sandy did an excellent job in assisting me with the transport of my parrot across country. Birds needed a little more modifications to their carrier to be accepted, and having everything explained to me ahead of time saved me a ton of hassle and last minute stress. The whole process was very smooth, there was excellent communication, instructions were clear, and I was given a lot of patience. 5 stars, well deserved.
