        Waited almost 2 months on a quote for a new heat pump install.. so just went with someone else instead. Come on man you charged me $95 took you 10min and you told me I had bad compressor and it would be cheaper to replace whole unit. I got 2nd opinion from Sundance, 2 wire connections were corroded, took a guy an hour to replace them @ $125 charge and unit is working just fine...im not here to argue with you but i feel like you needed to take a closer look to figure out an issue...it is what it is.

        I hired Eric and the team at Universal HVAC to do an inspection on a home that I purchased. They came in and gave me a complete list of what was working and not working and then provided me with a complete estimate with options that I could choose from. No pressure or hassle was much appreciated and over a few months I had them install a new heating system and then they even replaced the gas stove! I recommend these guys to everyone! Thanks
