Bighaus Construction LLC

The work was for a disabled child in a wheel chair to have better access to his home. We reached out to Bighaus Construction for a concrete ramp job for our disabled son that’s in a wheel chair. At first they were very responsive and told us this would be something they could take on. They quickly came out to see what we needed done. The follow up was where we ran into issues. Through the process we had to reach out multiple times to just get a bid from them and they kept saying they would have things completed either next day or within a few days which was great but nothing was ever done. We were finally informed that they never had intentions of doing the work but strung us along for 3+ months to just get a bid. I sent them an email at the end explaining my frustration and disappointment in treating people this way and all they had to say for themselves was they were sorry I felt that way. No apologies or remorse for how they treated my son that needed better access to our home. All they had to do is say they weren’t able to do the work from the beginning but instead they were dishonest and disrespectful. I would not recommend this company.

These guys are awesome. Small crew and it’s tough to get on their schedule but that’s only because they’re THAT good. They all do great work and Steven and his team are the only ones I’ll ever use for house projects that are above my limited ability. Keep it up!
