I'm just going to state a fact here. I have been barely making it living in depoe bay since cost of living is so high and jobs don't pay good at all. (What's the point of minimum wage?) For the first time in my life, I've had my power disconnected twice in the last 12 months because I am constantly working my ass off only to barely scrape by every month. As expected, it costs an extra 30 bucks to get power turned back on, which I paid of course. However, this company charges you an extra 65 dollars if you get your power disconnected twice in a year. Way to keep the little guys down! You are only supporting the the growth of homelessness in this community and the influx of out of staters moving here. Which is what you want right? Its all about the $$$$$$. But of course, why would you care? "It's just policy" , right? I'll be sure to let as many people know as i can. I may not get my money back, but awareness is more valuable. This company in no way supports true Oregonian values. I'm extremely disappointed.
