        The check in process was smooth. The faults come with the water temperature for the outdoor jacuzzi tubs. We were warned at check in that one if the boilers was inoperable but that this would be a non-issue. It ultimately was an issue. The water would be hot for 30 seconds then warm for 1 minute before turning cold. This was at all times of the day and night (this is important because the staff argued that we were using the water at peak hours). It's a good location and great room but we booked the location solely because of the outdoor jacuzzi. I'm not sure when the boiler went out but my wife and I would have appreciated a call and opportunity to book elsewhere. This was an anniversary trip for us and was not cheap. We may try this location again next year and will update the review as needed.
