We were at a place where we needed to upgrade our phone system and SoundCurve's IP phone options were just what we needed. During our transition, SoundCurve was amazing. Even after our onboarding process (which was painless due to their help), we did run into a couple technical issues, but the ongoing customer service has been incredible. They always work to get our issues resolved quickly and even work with our IT company when its a network issue. Highly recommend!

I love this company! They saved me a bundle over what I had been spending on phone service. Their products are great and their customer service is efficient and very professional to deal with. They also offer personalized outgoing announcements. I availed myself of that service and I was very pleased. I highly recommend this company.

One of the most responsive, friendly, and effective communications vendors we have ever worked with. They got us up and running quickly, with great customer service and response time. Service continues to be impressive, even in this time of increased activity for IT providers. And the price is more than fair for the quality of the solutions. Hope to make use of more of the SoundCurve platform in the future, since I know they have lots of services we have not even explored yet.
