Ponderosa Motel

Wife and I did a quick overnighter to hunt for barns and use the tram. Overall, the room was great. The bed was comfortable, though we thought the pillows were overstuffed. The only real shortcoming was the toilet. It was set low and had a rather small bowl. When I booked the room I thought it was listed as handicap accessible, but there were no grab bars. Would we stay there again? Yes, but I think I need to be more specific about my needs and I would bring my own pillows. BTW--we liked the location, just a few blocks from downtown Enterprise, across the street from a beautiful courthouse.

Great place to stay! The staff is great and the rooms are clean! Would definitely recommend.

Review coming from my mom who is 60 and stayed here recently. Unfortunately the room was a disaster. Hair everywhere and stale pizza found left behind. No help or accommodations from owners. I guess the husband and wife owners are not friendly and will make you feel bad for asking for anything.

We had a lovely stay at the Ponderosa Motel! The staff was very accommodating. Anything you needed, just ask! Our room was cute, clean and quiet! Enterprise is in a great location for day trips around the Wallowa Mtns and lake. I loved all the dog friendly staff and guests! I would definitely stay there again and recommend the Ponderosa to others!
