My ex husband and I split up in May. Why is it taking 3 months just for a transfer?? It makes no sense. Do you know how stressful it is living in the same apartment when your split up?? His name is Skie Hunt. He has done literally a mountain of paperwork. Give him keys already!!

Ive been a resident for a couple months now at forest park and truly like where I live. My neighbors are great, the maintenance guy is on top of it whentheres an issue in the apartment, the manager is very nice and respectful and helpful. The washer and dryers work! The playground is close and the kids are respectful and surprisingly not to loud. I'm very satisfied with my home and the people surrounding it. They've definitely cleaned this complex up over the years .

Her demeanor really sucks and she is rude. I had an appointment with her for a apartment i was qualified for a screening appointment for an aprtmnt in enterprise at Mountain Crest Aprtmnts, on Wednesday and because my son is gonna be 18 by the time i get into a place she told me I need to bring him with for a screenign as well and he has to fill out an application. So i went to get him from school to go get the app and she was with a customer soni waited outside cause there were no apps in the box my son opened the car door in the parking lot and asked what what taking so long, I replied standing by the office door telling him she had someone in there and i had to wait but it was taking to long cause i have to come back cause i was gonna be late for class, she called me the next day and said her regional manager told her to reject me for the apartment due to me and my son yelling in the parking lot she had witnesses and its on camera tht we were yelling at eachother. which he was just in the car and i was by the office so yeah we were loud but not yelling at eachother and she straight up told me her regional manager told her to reject me i can appeal it if i fill like and i was trying to explain to her she straight up said im not gonna argue with you and hung up on me.... Ive called several times into the regional manager Steve Stramp and even went into the office and till this day i still have not gotten a response....
