        mark the owner showed up on time to locate a leak in our chimney. He was able to identify and fix this problem promptly at a very fair price. Would highly recommend this company

        They came back twice to thoroughly assess potential causes, and ultimately eliminated our annoying smoke problem. Now our fireplace works like a dream! i can't recommend them highly enough!!

        I scheduled this company in October, they rescheduled because their van got broken into. After waiting an additional month, the tech came out without a ladder and said he would need to reschedule the following week because of rain......in Oregon? On a 5/12 pitch? Not to mention, it would have cost me 4x what was quoted over the phone. Office was dismissive and said they don't allow their tech to get on roofs in the rain.....THIS OREGON.
