We go here ever year, but it was just not the same, even with our 10% traditional return discount. They apparently over cut the past years and most replants are small right now as they were last year. They do not have many trees ready and tall but there were precut trees. The fire pit was still there and burning, but part of the tradition was having hot apple cider and hot chocolate after loading up the tree. That was missing and made a big difference. Not the same experience. We did get a nice precut grand but short of what we wanted. A few elves helping there did not return with answers we asked and we had to seek them out. Just not what it used to be.

Worth the drive.The staff is absolutely amazing and the prices are reasonable (they even have coupons)!!!! Incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Free hot chocolate, coffee and cider too to help warm your cold toesies & hands as you enjoy it next to their giant fire pit. Bob'z employees always go above and beyond; so, I strongly recommend/suggest offering any kind of a monetary tip to the staff, especially when they load and tie down your tree to your car for you after already shaking & wrapping it (most U-cut farms don't)......The employees here work their tookus' off to ensure a fun, happy, easy and memorable family experience (I'm not just word vomiting here or getting any kind of perk for saying this! It is simply my observation/experience for over a decade now & brutal honesty). Farm work is so under-appreciated & underpaid; please don't be a donkey by just assuming it's "all part of the job they get paid for"---- just do the nice & respectful thing my friends.
