They cancelled my renters insurance policy (without my knowledge) when I moved instead of transferring it to my new address. When they did decide to update my new address in their system, they charged me an additional $8.34 on my auto policy that I had already paid in full. I was able to find both auto coverage (6 month policy with identical coverage) and renters insurance for a year through another provider for less than HALF of what I paid for a 6 month auto policy through Allstate. The Blain Group has made no effort to improve my experience with Allstate. I cannot recommend their poor service and terrible rates.
