Candice is inept and most of the time does not seem to understand what she is doing. how anything works, how to run an office or how to communicate with her clients, She has been our agent for years and most of that time I tried to avoid dealing with her or her staff. When I had to talk with them they seemed incapable to do much more than accepting payments and repeating what ever they had read about insurance on social media. No independent thought, no problem solving abilities, totally incapable of being helpful. Again, I often had to go to the corporate office to get the service I needed. So much wasted time dealing with them.
But, if you never have any complex insurance issues or questions, any claims, never need any help or useful advice, and pay the bill on time, she offers adequate service.

I love having a local agent whom I can speak with. Candice & her office have been very helpful and they are quick to answer any questions & they were able to save me money on my home insurance.

Well I called for help with my manufactured home insurance. They're the ones who sold me the policy. The called back once saying they also were having a hard time talking with an adjuster. And haven't heard back to see what's happening. Of course, I have continued to move forward.
