Turnkey to the rescue! We rented last minute. They were super easy to work with. Pick up and drop off was easy. We would definitely rent with them again!

We had to be out of our home for about a week and rented a trailer. The staff was very kind during the entire process and worked with us to get the trailer right where we wanted it.
During the time, we did encounter a smell that was coming from one of the toilets that wasn't fully sealed. It was a small thing that just got missed. The staff was very apologetic, and willing to bring out another trailer. The smell started off pretty strong but became faint as we aired out the trailer. We were able to just close off that one bathroom. Turn Key went out of their way to make up for our inconvenience and we are thankful for that. I would definitely rent with them again as I highly doubt that this issue is the norm for them and the way they handled it showed me that they are a company with great integrity.

During the ice storm of 2024 on January 13th and 14th, our large 75' Maple tree fell on our home and all four of our vehicles, including our Forest River motor home. We contacted Turn Key RV. They were able to come to our rescue. They gave us an estimate, and fast. They worked directly with our Insurance Company, State Farm. This made the process go seemlessly. We had many questions during this crisis. They were able to knowledgeable answer all of our questions concerning my motorhome. They communicated each step of the way. Turn Key RV was able to get all of my parts and repairs completed very quickly. My husband and I were highly impressed with all the work that they were able to complete in such a short amount of time. This was a catastrophic event that affected numerous people in our community. Yet, they did not turn us away or tell us that it would be months before it could be repaired. We were both impressed with the end results of all the repairs, and the speedy, efficient, and professional way this tragic event was handled. We highly recommend Turn Key RV, and plan to use them for other repairs in the future. Thank you Turn Key RV.
