Bread Board is the best local pizza in the Willamette Valley. Attentive staff and great menu. And don't miss their wide selection of baked desserts. They don't have AC, but there is a great outdoor seating area. Closed over winter. You owe yourself a visit.

You have to try the candied bacon! What a fun hidden spot in such a quiet cozy town. From wood fired pizzas to artisan breads and amazing desserts you won't be disappointed with whatever you decide on. Then go over and check out the falls while in town or head out to Black Rock mountain biking trails or valley of the giants trial system but either way there is an adventure for everyone out there and this gem is a must visit along your way.

By all means, go here. Pizza that this NYer says is to die for. All made in the largest wood fired oven in Oregon. Amazingly fresh ingredients. Salads that are gorgeous. Decadent desserts. And the sweetest darn owners ever.

Pizza was great nice and hot and that's where it ended. My salad was over dressed and I felt had more olives than anything else. I was going to get a dessert until I went inside and saw 10-15 flies all over the baked goods. It appears that nothing is covered and flies are free to do their business on the food we pay a pretty penny for. I doubt I'll be back just for this reason alone.
