The level of service and communication has been excellent since our first visit. The quotation was very reasonable, the date was set, and the garage door was installed. Our new door is beautiful, and we are extremely happy with it; I would strongly recommend them.

Very friendly. Had some difficulty with communication because no one called me but sent emails and so I did not know they were coming but luckily I was home. The first installer was by himself and did not think it could be done and just told me it was not possible and left. The next day 2 installers showed up and performed the work. The were very nice and professional. It was completed quickly. I asked how to pay and wanted to know if I could pay online. The said yes. The invoice does not have any instructions on how to pay online and nothing on the web site. A bit tricky to work with but very nice.

Excellent workmanship, cleared up after themselves. Garage was a bit out of alignment for new door and they sorted it so new door fitted.

Draper's T. F. Put new spring & rollers, reset door. It's off alinement now. Went to their shop, it was locked, so waited outside. The guy's were talking with every other word was F this & F that. The wife of owner was there w/her toddler in diaper's listening to this unproffessional lauguage. The man who came to put rollers in was very hateful in his manner & replaced spring also. Said 3.000.00 to replace door. Got quote's since for 2.300.00 from Dave's & Mueller's which have been around forever. PS: Get several Quote's
