I remember coming all the way out here as a kid and teenager and waiting in the car to get an awesome pizza and making the 45 min drive to drink beer when I turned 21 and then having it as a pit stop when riding street bikes to the coast or down the valley or after dirt bikes at Browns Camp....it had such a cool nostalgic and authentic vibe. Everything about it was so worth the drive. It has been remodeled and fancied up and was super sterile and to new and clean looking. New made to try and look old just wasn't the same. Someone who had never been here wouldn't be disappointed but someone who had in the 70's and 80's would think it was now average and wouldn't make the drive again.
