        Great communication from all employees, installer did a great job, just make sure to get a written quote to ensure what you called and asked for is what you get. Lesson learned.

        I really appreciate the folks that own Kiwi glass I put in a order for several large pieces of glass and they submitted the order to the manufacturer and then later the next day I discovered I gave them the wrong measurements called Kiwi's owner Tracy and asked to stop the order without hesitation she did I gave the write measurements Craig the owner reordered and I still received my order without problem and on the original price and date thank you Craig & Tracy

      I'm sorry for the confusion. When you called our shop, you asked for us to quote changing out your 'cracked glass." An opening window consists of 2 pieces of glass (aka: glass units). We quoted and replaced the 1 broken glass unit, as you asked us to. We don't replace a perfectly intact unit, unless a homeowner specifically asks us to (that wouldn't be very cost effective). I'm thinking there was confusion or miscommunication on window "terminology" when you asked us for a quote. Again, I'm sorry if we didn't meet your expectations to the fullest.
