Great little cottages. Nice location near seaside. Great service. There is a little garden and a one hile of golf. I didn't check it out. Ughh Breakfast severed at 8:30am in a basket. Couple fruits. Muffins and orange. Juice. I would recommend this place for a getaway weekend for a couple. Nice stand-up shower with a tub. My style. If you want to soak in a tub, look elsewhere.

Oh my goodness!! The Drifthaven is truly the most wonderful place I have ever stayed at. Welcome drinks and breakfast baskets dropped off at your door was above and beyond! The rooms are so cute: the bed and pillows were PHENOMENAL! The backyard bubble was the coolest surprise - to sit and enjoy coffee in the rain in the mornings was just perfect. I couldnt say nicer things about the staff - they were so kind and welcoming! And the amount of activity accessories we had access to in the garage was so nice! It was so hard to leave, I cannot wait to come back! Rooms: Dont even get me started! The decor is precious - I mean so dreamy and relaxing. Color drenched bathrooms, a wood stove, games and cards to play. The bed and pillows were honestly the best I have ever experienced. So plush and comfy - you just sink right in. Honestly, staying in bed for the whole weekend would be just as wonderful. Nearby activities: The beach was maybe two minutes away! A gorgeous walk through the grassy dunes opens up to a quiet beach with lots of sand dollars to search for! We took some beach chairs and blankets from the garage and enjoyed some wonderfully relaxing afternoons at the ocean! Noteworthy details: The backyard bubble dome was the BEST! It had a little bistro table and some comfy chairs to sit and relax in, even if it was raining, it was truly the highlight of the place!

Just getting around to writing this - my apologies. I booked a room for my girlfriend and I back in December; there was some kind of kerfuffle with the computer system, and it didn't register my original booking properly. The staff at The Drifthaven reached out and got my reservation sorted, and upgraded my room selection - which I was not expecting. This place is well-appointed and -maintained, cozy, has a fantastic location for exploring other Oregon Coast areas nearby, and has to be one of the best B&B type experiences I've ever had. We're definitely planning on re-booking with them at some point in the future, and bringing her kids along to enjoy a week at the beach, particularly because of the fun activity packages they have for "add-ons". Rooms: Clean, nicely updated, cozy - perfect for settling in and having a hot beverage by the fire after a blustery day at the beach (we booked in December). Bed was super comfortable, and the place has a vintage feel, without the vintage problems that come with amenities that haven't been fully updated. Nearby activities: Iconic Cannon Beach is just down the coast, and there are great little places to eat (Grizzly Tuna, which has really nice value fish n' chips). Walkability: Just a short walk to the local beach, if that's what you're there for. There are sidewalks just about everywhere, too.

LOVELY spot in cute Gearhart. Easy walk to open, relatively private, sandy beach, and short drives to Seaside and Astoria. Was a perfect midway spot for a romantic weekend on the northwest coast of Oregon. The room was cozy and had everything needed. The staff provided exceptional and welcoming service. Felt at home here. Cant wait to return.
