Eric's Quality Building

I cant say enough amazing things about Eric and his crew. I reached out to 6 local pole barn builders to get estimates for my build. 3 didnt even get back to me, 2 sent me ridiculous quotes and Eric called me back and asked to meet me at the build site. We went over everything I wanted, he taught me a ton about the excavation process to the different ways to build a barn. We came up with a plan and he sent me an estimate with in a couple days. He just finished my building, I couldnt be more happy with it. Dont waste your time with any of the local guys around Beavercreek, estacada, Molalla etc. His price was the most competitive, his communication skills were the best in the industry and the value we received was second to none. I will recommend him to anyone who will listen. Excavation, concrete work, pole building he does it all.

We had a large area excavated and a retaining wall built. Our original plan to utilize boulders that were dug up did not work out, since not many boulders were dug up. However, Eric and Alex were very flexible and suggested using blocks instead. The wall turned out phenomenal. Eric and Alex were very professional, always responsive, highly reliable and good communicators, and their pricing was very fair. We would highly recommend them.

Retaining wall project involving split cost between two neighbors. High quality work at a very fair price. Excellent communication throughout with attention to detail. Eric's team worked with us to find the best mix of materials for this specific application. Highly recommend.
