This was by far the best experience I have had when buying a car. There was no pressure and they went way out of there way to help my wife and I. I would definitely recommend this place when looking for a vehicle.

I have been searching for a Chevy or GMC truck on Craigslist in the greater Seattle area, I am finding Ford, Dodge and Toyota spamming the feed because this dealer wants to put a tag cloud in each of their ad's shoving vehicles I do not want under my nose, posting them over and over and over again. They are straight up spamming Craigslist making it where you have to weed past what they have to get to what you are looking for. The only thing they have succeeded in is ensuring that I will never do business with them. _______________________________________________________________ As M&M has chosen to respond to this I am going to add to the review, they have said that "reviews are usually done with customers that experienced our services and purchased a vehicle, unfortunately you haven't done either." Apparently M&M does not understand that their actions as a business can also be the subject of scrutiny and review especially when they waste peoples time. Then they went on to say "In regard to advertising, we have no control over how many times you see the ads," this is simply not true. I can say this as I am a software engineer and build databases for a living that are geared towards search functionality and serving ADVERTISING! When they are making advertisements for a Chevy or GMC vehicle, if they are including a tag cloud that includes the words "Ford, Toyta, Subaru" etc, they are specifically trying to get their ad's for those vehicles seen by people that are not searching for them, thus spamming people with their product hoping to get lucky rather than using best practices of providing specific accurate information about the vehicles they have for sale so as that the correct buyer can find them. Then they proceed to post that add over and over and over again so as that it will appear in the search results 5-20 times. If they were not being such terrible offenders in this practice, they would have never heard a peep from me but they have done it so much I was seeing half the page being taken up by cars on their lot that were very specifically outside of my search criteria. Hence forth they get a 1 star review.
