When my wife and I bought a new insurance policy we had an issue come up. It was complicated, involving several companies. We weren’t even aware of the problem until Annie looked deeply into our previous insurance and brought it to our attention. When she contacted us she had found the solution and made what would have been a complex interaction between 2 companies and us.
