        These folks are awesome. We rented a beach home for an annual ladies event that we've been doing for 25 years, and the hot tub wasn't turning on. We reset the electrical at the box against the house, and still got nothing. One call to the rental agency and they called Quality Plus to come fix it. Quality Plus was here in under an hour, fixed the hot tub which actually needed a new heating element, and got it running in 30 minutes. They were courteous and professional and had a great sense of humor! Awesome service! Thank you!

        Business will not provide repair service for my hot tub as water management is being done by another company B&T Hot Tubs. Office hung up on me before I could see about switching over water management service to them. I'll try calling back & assess rating again at that time.

        We ordered a hot tub lid recently and it came out beautiful. Perfect fit! Perfect color! Service was topnotch. What a major upgrade to our hot tub. The new lid it so light compared to our old water logged lid. I couldn't be more pleased.
