Salishan Coastal Lodge

The 101 gym is the best! New clean state of the art equipment and TV's everywhere. I love this gym and the owner is pretty cool as well.

This is a beatiful resort with many amenities. I stayed in a forest view room. There was a fire place and a back porch blacony. It is a close walk down a nature trail to the beach. There is good food onsite. I definately recommend it!!!

I hadn't been to Salishan for a number of years, but it was a true delight to visit for New Years Eve dinner! We had a fantastic six-course set-menu meal at the newly remodeled Bay House. Our hosts had been regulars at Steve & Kevin's old location on the water, but this was everyone's first visit to the new spot. From the inventive amuse bouche (that tea!) to the whimsical and slightly decadent dessert, every single element was a hit. While the group was split on the scallops (I loved them), we all raved about the tenderloin. The Muscovy duck was the best I've had. The service from Steve's team was just right- very attentive, but not intrusive. And as always, Steve is a warm, authentic, and engaging host. We will definitely be back!

Cool resort property with private beach access. Came here in the off season when we scored a good deal. Due to COVID we really only spent time in our room or walking around the property. I love the covered walkways so much. You can walk from just about every room to the pool and not get rained on. Made for some nice strolls during the storms. The room service food is decent, but not great. We stayed in a dog friendly room and overall the interior was nice but not "resort" or suite level. Some bottle caps on the balcony from the previous guests but overall it was very clean. While we weren't blown away it was overall a very good experience. We don't usually come to this part of the coast but if we do in the future, Salishan is high up on our list.
