"The boss" evidently doesn't care about treating local people right. Sold me a defective (not inexpensive) item, and refused to replace it. Supposedly, he took it home with him to test it, which, in my book, is calling me a liar. Claimed it worked just fine for him. Well, doesn't work for me! Would have cost him nothing to take it back for credit from the company, and exchange it for another for me. Instead he would rather it cost him a loyal customer. Now I'm stuck with an item I can't use or sell (because I have a conscience). I will never shop in that store again. A shame, too, as the employees there are some of the best, most helpful, caring people you ever want to meet.

This place deserves all the business in Gold Beach. I live in town and I can hear the owner daily just killing it customer service wise. Everyone in the store is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and they won't waste your time or try to upsell you just to get you to buy the more expensive thing. Honestly I'd buy my groceries and clothing here too if they also sold those things.

Needed keys copied on a Friday so I drove here to have them made. I got keys that didn't work so I drove back only to get told "we make keys wrong all day long-it happens" and again have keys made that didn't work. I really try to support locally but this was experience makes it hard to come back ever. Drove back on Monday to return my useless keys and discover how much the owners really didn't care about the inconvenience it caused.....not coming back for anything ever again. I'd rather dive to Home Depot.
