My car was having some issues with wanting to stay running. I know basic stuff about mechanic work. I couldn’t figure it out so I Google mobile mechanics. Not only did they come diagnose my car for me they fixed it for me too! Professional and good quality work. I highly recommend if you want an affordable mobile mechanic.

0/5 . Our experience with this mechanic was easy to rate seeing he did not show up both days we (my friend Nate and I) scheduled him. He was called on Friday to come look at our van when he said that Monday would be the soonest he could come. Monday came but there was no phone call or text mentioning his time of arrival. Understanding the line of work and the issues that can arise when traveling we gave him a couple hour grace period before calling. Perhaps forgetting, we called his number once at 12pm and another at 3pm (using another phone), no answer so we left a voicemail asking when he planned to arrive. No phone call was sent back. Tuesday came, and desperately needing to get our van diagnosed, we called around to more mechanics that could come to our residence. And so, we called this mechanic again, at 3pm, just to see. Sure enough, the mechanic answers. We asked why he didn't show up and he said that he didn't schedule us because he received no messages ( a lie). To test that statement we sent a text during the phone call and sure enough he said it arrived to his phone (there was already numerous texts (see photos) sent to him starting on Friday, which he responded to, one being our address and him replying "ok, got u down for tomorrow" our response was "tomorrow or Monday?" Which he promptly replied "I'm sorry Monday.") Caught in the lie, he quickly said that he can be to our residence tomorrow (Wednesday) to look at the van. Making sure we knew when he would plan to arrive we both agreed to 9:30am. We resent our address to him, and he replied "Tomorrow at 9/9:30". It is currently 11am. The unprofessionalism is astounding and disappointing. Both days we took off of work losing income waiting for this mechanic to arrive, and still our vehicle needs to be diagnosed. Frustrated is an understatement, please save your time and money and look elsewhere.
