Property manager is not fit for the job. Tries to pin damage on residents, does not have an ounce of concern for residents welfare and health. Does not explain to other staff what is right from wrong , and talks too much about residents behind their backs. The owner of this property need to fire the property management company and just have an accountant collect rents and a live on site maintenace person. Oh wait..its a TAX credit property so he gets a tax break of the state inspectors find the property in good repair..which is never. The siding is old and breaking, the roofs have miss growing, the gutters are in terrible condition, the grass gets mowed once every 3 weeks and the crew cuts it to high, the doors weren't installed correctly by an outside vendor, the garage doors are in bad shape, the apartments are turned but the least costly way possible..meaning band aid repairs..if its broke, they dont replace things they use tape and glue (rich, the past maintenance man was notorious for doing this) the property manager would tell the maintenance man he us doing a good job, and then completely contradict the story to the portfolio manager. This place is a zoo. I'm surprised it isnt a RURAL Development community. It sure looks like it by the condition
