He and his crew trimmed some trees for me and one of his guys took a limb off a Japanese Maple by mistake. I wasn’t upset but the next day he offered to replace it AT NO CHARGE! So, he had a $450 tree from a nursery delivered and came back with 3 guys and a giant tripod to take the old one out and plant the new one. This was a HUGE project that took 4 guys 4 hours to both take the one out and put in the new one. He even gave me a nice big rock. Amazing honesty, fairness, and professionalism. Will use him again and again.

Over the summer we needed a tree trimmed as it was up against our neighbor’s house. I could not find anyone who could help us in a timely manner but then saw Joshua and his crew doing work on another house on our street. After he was done, he promptly came over and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. He was also able to fit us in the next day between his other job. He did a fabulous job and was extremely kind and professional. The homeowners on my street highly recommended Joshua (Bonsai Guy) and his crew!

Joshua relaid a path of cobblestones, the oldtime ones. He worked efficiently and did a thorough job. He also chainsawed oak limbs, about two cords worth, again in an efficient manner. He also stack the majority of it on two pallets and the swept up the sawdust so I could dispose of it. I plan on calling on Joshua in the future. I'm very pleased with the results both times.
