We had a broken water pipe in our yard the Saturday before Easter. Ken from the water department came out and helped us locate the water main and shut if off, so the pipe could be repaired. The only thing I would suggest is that the department post a number for emergencies on their website. I called the main number, but it rang a long time and then a message said the mailbox was full. A plumber I called, told me to call the fire department and the person I spoke to there, called Ken. It would have saved time, if the number to call for emergencies had been listed on the website, even if it is just the fire department.
