Poor customer service. We called to set up propane delivery on Monday, 9/30/19, and they scheduled our delivery for Thursday, 10/3/19. When I called the following day to pre-pay for the propane, I was told they would not deliver until October 23rd. (We rely on propane to heat our home, and were previously told that deliveries to the Tri-Cities are done every two weeks.) Not only was I not given an explanation for the changes, but did not receive an apology or even a tiny hint of concern from the person I spoke with (Evan). Once I left a one-star review, I was called back by Evan who referred me to someone else who I could speak with about my "concerns."
