Having never before filed an extension in my life. I was forced too because of the short staff and drama of this buisness Deciding who was retiring and who was to be or eventually not be a partner. They lost half the staff in prime tax season.
After frittering away 5 months and being non responsive or proactive, they began me return a week before my corporate deadline in September dismissing it as your personal isnt due until October. Why? Why on earth wait to do the work when I want to actually pay my taxes on time.
On the morning of October 16th the electronic payment system failed. I was booked for work flight and had to be late, go get a counter check from my bank, make my wife uproot her day to deal with post and banks all because these guys couldnt put a customer first! Or hold a timeline
Then today I get a bill Ive never seen on my credit card for over $7500. Outlandish.
Who doesnt review the charges before charging.
More than unprofessional!
