I have two 12 year old VW SUV's and this is my 'go-to' shop. Taylor is an excellent mechanic and really knows his stuff when it comes to German engineering. From carbon cleaning and fuel injector replacement to complete timing chain replacement this shop does it all and has saved me quite a bit of money compared to the local VW dealer. Before I knew of JD Autosports I was told by the local VW dealer that after an inspection that one of my SUV's needed over 7 grand in repairs to get it in top condition. When I took it into JD Autosport's Taylor went over the list I had from the dealer and was able to get all the work done for a little over 4 grand, that was a huge savings! So far every repair and maintenance that Taylor has done on my vehicles has been excellent and both are running like they're new. I live in Saint Helens and it's a 45 minute drive to get to the shop but I don't care, I wouldn't let anyone else touch either of my vehicles. I know there are a lot of VW enthusiasts out there, this is where you should be bringing your vehicles. I had questions about a service I needed. They were able to answer them and point me towards a shop that could better help me. They also worked with my preferred communication (email) and responded quickly and professionally.

Fair pricing, great service! Ended up chatting for a while and learned a lot about tuning options for my car. You can tell the employees really love what they do. Edit: Once I came to them to ask about tuning they tried to charge me 110 for a tuning job that can be done in a few minutes at home and misled me about the unitronic cable being back ordered which would allow me to do so I had no problem ordering from the vendor directly within a few days and for only 60 more dollars I'm entirely unreliant on them for flashing the tune or back to stock
