I sent a number of docs to get printed at this location. Hours later I received a call and was told that they don't print anything with characters, like Mickey Mouse or Chuck E Cheese because it violates copyright laws and they also told me that I was trying to make money off of these characters. I was attempting to print fliers for a non-profit fundraising event that was being held at Chuck E Cheese and CEC provides promotional materials. The lady said I needed to cancel my order and resubmit without these fliers if I wanted the rest of my order to get fulfilled. Frankly, she had a nasty tone and I didn't appreciate the accusatory comments. Afterwards, I reached out to corporate to ask about their policy and they said that they don't have one, but also the store can do what they want. (They were going to print my other branded flyers, so their policy is unclear.) So I recommend going elsewhere.
