Thank you for your reply and response to my not getting a return phone call that indicated you return calls promptly as long as there is a phone number. I am a patient of one year and your office called me 3 or 4 weeks ago and the dates she offered, I was not available. She said she would call the next week with appointment offers. When it was longer I called the office and to date have not received an appointment. As stated. Not completing my service is delaying other dental work.

I had a wonderful consultation last week. The assistant was very upfront in what everything would cost and explained the steps of treatment clearly. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office. The assistant was very professional and answered the questions I had. I am excited about the prospect of treatment at such an affordable rate!

Our older daughter did traditional braces, our son used Orthodirect. Orthodirect was far less expensive, more convient, absolutely the nicest staff, and most importantly great results. I heartily recommend checking out Orthodirect.

I loved using the clear aligners provided by OrthoDirect! The seven months just flew by and I’m so in love with my “new” smile! On top of that, scheduling was always a breeze, they had awesome customer service, and they had the best prices I’ve seen for this type of procedure.
