I've been coming to this tire shop for ten years. last week Javier a tech that's also been there for years, went to change my tire and broke the lock and key lug nut on my girlfriends car. he informed me and told me that he didn't have time and we scheduled an apt. when my girl friend brought it back Javier tried to say he never did it, and it didn't happen there and made my girlfriend feel really stupid. then preceded to lie to her and tell us it wasn't him. I've known Doug for a long time the manager there and the couple times I called to clear this up both the techs Javier and Mario would let me talk to Doug the manager, I am just really surprised they would lie and then treat us poorly. after this many years I dont know if I will be back

Great, quick service. Will definitely refer and be back with any tire needs. Edit: called ahead to make sure they had specific tires and get quote. Took my car in and they put a cheeper tire on. They quoted what they had, not what I asked for. Not cool guys.

Scheduled an appointment for an alignment only to find out that they were unable to do the job. Waited around town for 2 hours and was cancelled to have alignment done. What happened to customer courtesy? No phone call in advance.

He is charging me 60 bucks to replace a set of rims. With tires already on it just needed the impact drill. I think its cause I'm mexican he sounded very irritated and trying to charge the people to much.

Top notch honest place with good honest no bs pricing and The older guy here with white hair is very knowledgeable and reasonable, will definitely come back if I need anything else done or looked at
